Hello Jcancyu,

The global version of EC-CUBE only supports plugins at this time. Is there any reason you do not  want to build a plugin?    Since the code is open source you are more then welcome to view the source code of our PayPal plug-in here:

http://ac.ebis.ne.jp/tr_set.php?argument=hqCsvAb5&ai=paypalexc_data

We also have a plug-in tutorial guide in English that can be found here:

https://en.ec-cube.net/forum/plugin-guide

If you are using the Japanese version of EC-CUBE, it uses both modules and plugins. Functionality is the same, however the structure and installation is very different.  Modules can not be installed manually and they require you to log in to your EC-CUBE official account to retrieve them.

Plug-ins on the other hand, can be installed manually and therefore do not require the EC-CUBE online store. If you plan to use the global version of EC-CUBE or you plan to distribute your app locally, a plug-in is probably the best way to go.

Let me know if you have any other questions.
Thank you again

Thank you for your quick answer.

Actually, I'd like to update my current module (since it doesn't work with the last 2.13 Japanese version). If I had the choice between plugin and module, I'd choose without hesitation plugin, but most of our clients are using our module and want to update to 2.13.

You told me that functionality plugins and modules are the same.. I will check the Paypal plugin !

Thank you
No README or help file in the Paypal plugin ??
Sure. We have a readme file located here:  http://ac.ebis.ne.jp/tr_set.php?argument=hqCsvAb5&ai=paypal_pdf
Thank you for your help~
I have an other question: Where can I find a list of all the hook points ? (like PrefilterTransform,...)
